Day 60

Its Day 60. Its Hot and the middle of July of 2010. Im a year and a half roughly into my new me. Ive lost right at 77 pounds and now finally starting to gain some muscle weight back. This whole changing of body composition thing is awsome but a very slow process.

I started out in November 2008 with intentions of loosing some weight and getting into a little better shape. My original goal was to be under 200 pounds by age 40. I almost made it but did not get under the 200 mark until several months later. It was very hard at first as I really couldn't even do what use to be simple phisical tasks like walk briskly or jog for any length of time. My feet would go numb after only 1/2 mile. It was pathetic. I was ashamed of myself...

Well slow progress and persistence payed off. I lost a bunch of weight and got in decent shape. Got down to 180s and stayed there for a year or so with one blip along the way with the stress of changin jobs a couple of times.

I was stuck though, not happy with my end result I decided to try P90X and see how good a shape I was in. I was not in shape at all.
